Reiloy 高耐磨性螺桿
雙合金螺桿
螺紋區(qū)域是螺桿上所受到壓力最大的地方,其表面的1.5-3mm厚的涂層可以有效的防止磨損和腐蝕。雙合金螺桿通過表面噴涂等離子粉末,并且整個(gè)螺桿表面進(jìn)行離子氮化,同時(shí)鍍硬鉻以保護(hù)螺桿。
全硬工具鋼螺桿
Reiloy運(yùn)用PM-HIP合金生產(chǎn)高耐磨性螺桿。由于PM-HIP技術(shù)允許更高的合金含量,因此Reiloy螺桿相對于傳統(tǒng)普通鋼材所生產(chǎn)的螺桿更具有耐磨性。
